Data Sharing Policy
As outlined in the PGC2 MOU, participation in any PGC analyses generally requires sharing of individual-level genotype and phenotype data. Your consent to the MOU is necessary – please indicate your approval via an email to the group chairs.
Individual data must be completely de-identified and uploaded to a secure account on the Dutch server (LISA). Data may need to be moved to another server – your express permission will be requested for this transfer. We can help with IRB approvals for sharing. In addition to the contributor, PGC-SUD analysts and a PGC-SUD PI will have access to these data. Contributors determine which analyses they would like to participate in; you can un-share at any point.
PGC-SUD recognizes that individual-level data sharing may not be feasible in some instances. We will work with you to incorporate summary statistics as well.
